“From empathy to impact — I solve what truly matters”

📌 Finding 1

Overwhelmed by managing multiple health records across platforms

📌 Finding 2

Vaccination reminders are frequently missed

📌Finding 3

Wanted personalised tips based on pet's age and breed

Empathize

To understand user needs, I conducted online surveys and 1:1 user interviews with pet owners, followed by affinity mapping to synthesise key insights around health tracking, vaccination management, and community needs

Define

Using research findings, I developed personas, empathy maps, and user journey maps to capture the needs of two key user types — first-time pet owners and experienced owners managing multiple pets.

Competitor analysis and SWOT evaluation helped identify gaps in the existing market

Ideate

Using HMW questions, card sorting, and Crazy 8 sketching, I explored design directions focused on centralised health tracking, automated reminders, and personalised insights. User flows were mapped to ensure logical navigation across the app
