“From empathy to impact — I solve what truly matters”

📌 Finding 1

Many owners reported feeling overwhelmed by managing multiple health records.

They desired a centralized system.

📌 Finding 2

Pet owners often forget to schedule vaccinations due to lack of reminders.

This impacted their pets' health.

📌Finding 3

Owners expressed a need for personalized health tips tailored to their pet's age and breed.

This would enhance their engagement.

Empathize

To deeply understand users' needs and pain points, I conducted both primary and secondary research. This included online surveys and 1:1 user interviews, followed by affinity mapping to synthesize key insights. These findings formed the foundation for defining the core problem.

Define

After synthesizing research findings, I defined clear user needs and problem statements through tools such as personas, empathy maps, and user journey mapping. I also developed user scenarios to explore real-life contexts and conducted competitor analysis, including SWOT evaluations, to position the solution effectively in the market.

Ideate

I transformed insights into actionable ideas through methods like “How Might We” framing, card sorting, and Crazy 8 sketching. I mapped out user flows to ensure logical navigation and used rapid ideation sessions to generate and refine concepts. A visual style guide was also developed to ensure consistency and clarity across the UI.
